Jean-Claude Juncker is aware of the chatter, of the “Where’s Juncker?” speculation that goes on in after-hours gossip around Brussels, laced with not-so-nice innuendo that he may be treating the presidency of the European Union as a part-time job.
He doesn’t like it one bit.
