Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to worsen the refugee crisis in order to split Europe and America and undermine the EU, U.S. Senator John McCain said Sunday.
“Mr. Putin is not interested in being our partner,” the 2008 Republican presidential candidate and chairman of the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee told the Munich Security Conference, as he echoed criticism of the Syrian ceasefire reached last week as a tactical win for Moscow.
