SABMiller has hinted that it wil rejected a third takeover offer from US rival ABInBev that values the beer maker at £68 billion ($103.9 billion). Brewing giant ABInBev went public with a takeover offer for London-listed rival SABMiller on Wednesday, revealing it’s already had two bids knocked back by management. ABInBev set out details of its £42.15 ($64.30) per share offer in a statement on Wednesday.
