VILNIUS, Lithuania (AP) — The Lithuanian government said Wednesday it has blacklisted 46 Russian citizens involved in criminal prosecutions of several Ukrainians including the imprisoned pilot Nadezhda Savchenko.
Foreign Minister Linas Linkevicius urged other EU countries to join Lithuania in banning Russian judges and prosecutors. He did not reveal the names on the list to reporters.
“We want to express solidarity with Ukrainians,” he said. “This list reflects the one which was earlier published in Ukraine.”
