French Open champion Garbine Muguruza is in trouble in her second-round match against Jana Cepelova, a Slovakian qualifier ranked No. 124.
The second-seeded Spaniard, who lost to Serena Williams in last year’s final, dropped the first set 6-3 and was down 0-3 in the second.

Kei Nishikori advanced to the third round at Wimbledon by beating Julien Benneteau 4-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-2.
The fifth-seeded Nishikori, the highest-ranked Japanese player in ATP history, had 48 winners in the match, the first on Centre Court on Day 4 at the All England Club.
