The terror attack on a joyous Bastille Day crowd waiting to watch fireworks in Nice, France, indiscriminately killed dozens of people, including children. The driver of a truck slammed into the festivities Thursday taking the lives of 84 people, including six members of the same family. Among those who have been identified were Americans, Germans, Ukrainians, Swiss, Tunisians, Polish and a Russian.
