Blood was once again spilled on the streets of Kiev, Ukraine after clashes broke out and an explosive device detonated outside parliament on Monday. The violence came as deputies approved a presidential bill on changes to the constitution that would grant greater autonomy to pro-Russian separatists in the war-torn east.
