Bulgaria is no longer included in the so called “Blacklist” of countries from which US protects intellectual property, bTV said. The document is known as “Special List 301”. Bulgaria has invariably been in it for the past 5 years.
The list includes US trading partners who, according to Washington, do not effectively protect intellectual property rights or hinder technological technology companies that rely on defending their rights in this area.
