Bulgaria finished fourth at this year’s edition of the Eurovision Song Contest which was held in Stockholm on Saturday.
The Bulgarian representative, Poli Genova with her song ”If Love Was a Crime” finished fourth. Ukraine won the 61st edition of the contest, followed by Australia and Russia.
Thus Genova improved Bulgaria’s best performance achieved so far. Since its debut performance in 2005, Bulgaria has qualified only once to the final. In 2007, Stoyan Yankoulov and Elitsa Todorova finished fifth at the Eurovision.
