Sending humanitarian aid to ethnic Bulgarians in Ukraine and proportional mobilisation of Ukrainian servicemen belonging to various ethnic groups have been discussed on Monday by Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin.
Bulgaria can deliver assistance and share experience in integration into European structures, Borisov said at a meeting with Klimkin who is on an official visit to Bulgaria.
The Minsk ceasefire agreement creates a genuine opportunity to reach a peaceful settlement to the conflict in eastern Ukraine, Borisov and Klimkin said, the Bulgarian government’s press office said in a statement.
