Bulgarian President Gets Scolded for Being ‘too Hawkish’ on Russia


Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov has said President Rosen Plevneliev made a mistake by “playing the hawk” on Russia and straining Sofia-Moscow relations.
