After 14-hour negotiations, the Normandy four talks, between the leaders of France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine, taking place in Minsk, Belarus are likely to finish with the signing of a peace settlement on Thursday, an anonymous source close to the negotiations revealed to TASS information agency.
Additionally, ceasefire is to be implemented in Eastern Ukraine in the next 48 hours, German Information agency DPA quoted anonymous source as saying.
