The quality of life in the Bulgarian capital steadily deteriorated, recording a drop for the fifth consecutive year.
This is revealed by the latest Global Liveability Ranking 2015 of The Economist Intelligence Unit, daily Sega informs.
Sofia occupies 87th place in the ranking featuring 140 cities, which are ordered according to thirty factors across five areas – stability, infrastructure, education, healthcare and environment.
The report notes the increase in global instability in the past twelve months, with liveability having decreased in 57 cities.
