Fewer people were killed and injured by landmines in 2013 than in any previous year, and nearly all use and production of the weapon has ceased, according to the latest annual report from the International Campaign to Ban Landmines (ICBL).
Landmine Monitor 2014 was released today on the seventeenth anniversary of the signing of the Mine Ban Treaty.
