Governor General David Johnston will present Meritorious Service Decorations (Military Division) and Bravery Decorations to members of the Canadian Forces and allied forces at a ceremony at Rideau Hall, on Friday morning.
Johnston will present 5 Meritorious Service Crosses (Military Division) and 18 Meritorious Service Medals (Military Division) to individuals whose specific achievements have brought honour to the military and to Canada. He will also present one Medal of Bravery to a Canadian Forces member who has performed an act of bravery in hazardous circumstances.
