Prime Minister Stephen Harper marks the return of Parliament Monday with a speech to Conservative supporters that is expected to outline his government’s main policies and priorities as political parties gear up for next year’s election.
After their summer break, MPs returned to Parliament Hill Monday morning invigorated for an important session in which the Conservatives, New Democrats and Liberals will be jockeying to gain the support of voters.
