Fifteen lucky backbench MPs are about to get the chance to command the undivided attention of the House of Commons.
If they succeed in persuading a majority of Chamber colleagues to sign onto their proposal, it could eventually change the law of the land. At the very least, the House will spend an hour or two debating the pros and cons before putting it to a vote.
