Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is set to wrap up his European trip with a stop in Kyiv, where he’s scheduled to visit the Babyn Yar Monument, lay a wreath at the tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the Park of Eternal Glory and observe a moment of silence at the Holodor Monument before making his way to the Presidential Administration Building for the “Official Welcoming Ceremony.”
