The Canadian Forces announced today that the new commander of Joint Task Force-Ukraine, Lieutenant-Colonel Wayne Niven, assumed command from Lieutenant-Colonel Tim Arsenault during a ceremony at the International Peacekeeping and Security Centre in Starychi, Ukraine, as part of Operation Unifier. Op Unifier is Canada’s military training mission in Ukraine.
