The Ottawa Tattoo Festival brings artists from across Canada and the world to ink and share their techniques, including legends Aaron Bell, Brian Everrett, Sailor Jerry Swallow, Robin Labreche and Skintricate Tattoo, among others including actor Robert Lasardo, performers Gutter Demons and Danny Duke and burlesque troupe The Royals, 5 p.m., Hilton Casino Lac Leamy.
