Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke for over three hours on a number of domestic and international issues, including the shocking murder of opposition leader Boris Nemstov in February. He said that though the government knew who actually killed Nemstov within a “matter of hours” who knows who gave the order, or if such people even exist.
