Three Canadians will lead an Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) military observer mission in the central European country, according to a media report by Postmedia News.
Citing Defence Minister Rob Nicholson Wednesday (April 30) Postmedia reports the three Canadians from the Directorate of Arms Control Verification will lead the nine-member team which includes members from Ukraine, France, Moldova and the United States.
