The foreign ministers of Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany will meet in Berlin on Monday (Jan 12) in a bid to break the deadlock in talks over the Ukrainian conflict.
Meanwhile, German Chancellor Angela Merkel talked to Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko by phone.
