Peace talks between Ukrainian government and rebels in Minsk have ended without any agreement.
The talks were aimed at halting fighting between government forces and separatists that have claimed scores of lives.
After the talks, former Ukrainian president Leonid Kuchma, told newsmen that the participants could not agree on ceasefire or withdrawal of heavy weapons from the conflict region.
