MOSCOW (Reuters) – The leaders of Russia, Ukraine, Germany and France will agree to roll-over a peace deal for eastern Ukraine if it is not fully implemented this year as intended, the Kremlin’s top foreign policy aide, Yuri Ushakov, said on Friday.
