MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry plan to meet on Tuesday in the Russian Black Sea resort of Sochi to discuss Ukraine, Yemen, Syria and Iran, RIA news agency quoted a diplomatic source as saying.
