MOSCOW/ASTANA (Reuters) – Moscow may limit food shipments from Belarus and Ukraine to Kazakhstan across Russian territory because of attempts to sell banned imports in Russia, the head of Russia’s veterinary and phytosanitary service (VPSS) was quoted as saying on Thursday.
