Most recently, Horst Teltschik accuses the West of being “obsessed” with blaming Vladimir Putin for all the evils in world politics, thus “alienating” him from cooperation. Jürgen Todenhöfer denounces the “demonization” of Russia, which, according to him, gets a bad rap.
