Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 disappeared over Ukraine on Thursday, July 17.
According to the FR24 database, the signal was lost from the airplane around 4:21 p.m. local time, at 33,000 feet.

The plane was shot down, according to Ukraine official Anton Gerashenko.
