DONETSK: Two explosions rocked the city of Lugansk in Ukraine’s insurgent-run east on Friday, killing one person and injuring seven on Friday, said officials, considering them “acts of terror.”
Lugansk is the main city of one of the two rebel-controlled areas in eastern Ukraine where violence has been uninterrupted since a pro-Russian separatist uprising in spring 2014.
