Front runners emerge for UNchief from town halls with General Assembly

UNITED NATIONS: Two or three front runners for the position of United Nations Secretary-General have emerged after 18-hours of unprecedented General Assembly town hall meetings with nine candidates, though the race is set to widen with more nominations expected, several diplomats said.
