Joseph Nye is a University Distinguished Professor at Harvard University. He was also the former Dean of Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, and an Assistant Secretary of Defense under the Clinton administration. In October 2014, Nye was appointed to Foreign Affairs Policy Board.
