While some celebrate the cooling of Kremlin’s incriminating rhetoric towards Ukraine, the bloodshed in Donbas continues. Pundits are fooled, willingly or not, by the smoke and mirrors, such as Russian Duma revoking the use of force authorization law, as they forget to focus on the hard evidence.
