GENEVA, Oct 8 (Reuters) – At least 3,660 people were killed and 8,756 wounded in violence in Eastern Ukraine between mid-April and Oct 6, the U.N. Human Rights Office said on Wednesday, publishing a monthly report by U.N. monitors in the country.
At least 331 fatalities were recorded after a ceasefire on Sept 5, the U.N. Human Rights Office said, although some of those deaths may have occurred earlier and been recorded only after that date.
