US President Barack Obama is considering meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin when he comes to New York this month for the United Nations General Assembly, but the Obama administration doesn’t know if that’s a good idea. White House officials are reportedly trying to decide whether the two leaders should meet to “work out their differences before the tumult in the Middle East escalates even further,”, according to The New York Times.
