BISHKEK (TCA) — Kyrgyzstan intends to become an alternative destination for Russian tourists instead of Turkey and Egypt.
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree to suspend flights from Russia to Egypt on November 8, after the crash of Russia’s Airbus A321 that flied from Sharm el-Sheikh to St. Petersburg.After the escalation of the conflict between Russia and Turkey after Turkish air forces downed a Russian bomber in Syria, Putin has imposed sanctions against Turkey.
