NEW YORK — Federal prosecutors said in federal court Monday that they expect to allow Lev Parnas to provide evidence for the ongoing impeachment inquiry against President Donald Trump.
Prosecutors also said the investigation into Parnas’ activities continued, and that they expected to file a superseding indictment in his case, which currently involves three other defendants.
Parnas, prosecutors said, was “under investigation for additional crimes.”
