The ceremony took place at the end of Poroshenko’s talks with Ilham Aliyev with the participation of delegations, the press service of the Ukrainian President said.
Poroshenko and Aliyev signed a protocol of the fifth session of the Council of Presidents of Ukraine and Azerbaijan.
