Estonians are voting Sunday in a national parliamentary election.
The coalition government of Prime Minister Taavi Roivas is expected to win as the Baltic state, a member of the West’s NATO military alliance that was once part of the Soviet Union, contends with a militarily resurgent Russia and a pro-Kremlin opposition party.
By mid-day, 42 percent of the nearly one million Estonian voters had cast ballots, including 176,000 who had voted online.
