Fighting between Ukrainian government troops and separatists continued in Donetsk Friday, after the two sides blamed each other for the shelling that killed a Red Cross worker a day earlier.
Ukrainian military spokesman Andriy Lysenko said the battle for control of Donetsk airport, which the rebels are attempting to retake, was ongoing. He also accused the Russian military of deploying drones over the airport to carry out reconnaissance and direct fire.
