As violence escalates in eastern Ukraine, U.S. President Barack Obama says he has not yet decided whether to provide lethal weapons to Ukraine as it fights Russian-backed separatists. Mr. Obama made the comments in Washington on Monday alongside German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Both leaders said they will continue to pursue a diplomatic solution to the conflict.
